At House of Hair, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors, to the moment they leave our incomparable salon. RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
House of Hair is a very popular Hairdresser. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the full service you were booked in for at that time.
CANCELLATIONS
At House of Hair, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If possible, at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to reschedule you. If you cancel last minute and would like to reschedule, a deposit may be required towards your next service.
